To encounter Jesus Christ means being confronted by the person of Christ.  This includes every point that leads up to conversion and every point thereafter.  These encounters are to provoke change and transformation in our lives.

To experience His presence means developing an intimate relationship with God that stirs our spiritual passion.  This element includes biblical practices such as prayer, praise, meditation, fasting and all other spiritual disciplines that enhance our relationship with God.

To engage in authentic relationships refers to those practices such as forgiveness, repentance, conflict resolution, confession, speaking truth, kindness and understanding that create and maintain an atmosphere of love and unity in our homes, family and church. 

To be equipped and empowered for effective ministry refers to everything that pertains to our preparation and practice of ministry.
