Tony Searles

Lead Pastor

Pastor Tony was born and raised in Caribou, Maine.  After he graduated High School he went to Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, PA to study Pastoral Ministry.  VFCC is where he met his wife, Angela, who is from Pittsfield, MA.  The Searles’ have two great kids; Alex who is married to Seyya, together they have two boys, Tyson and Oliver.  As well as Abbee, who is a senior in High School.


P.T. and his family came to Windham Assembly of God in April 2013.  Prior to coming to Windham the Searles’ have Pastored in Caribou, ME, Clearfield, PA and Buffalo, NY.  They have also served as Assistant, Youth, Worship and Children’s Pastors in other locations as they have followed the Lord’s leading.


They Searles’ are passionate about the Body of Christ being relevant within its community.


“The Church is the only organization that exists for its non-members,” is a statement that fuels Pastor Tony’s desire for people to not just go to Church, but to be the Church.  They hope to lead the Church towards authentic faith in Christ and to be disciples that truly follow His teachings.

Anthony Ford

Family Life Pastor

Pastor Anthony Ford was raised in Newport, VT. He later attended Faith Bible College International in Charleston, Maine.  While there, he majored in Christian Education and Pastoral Ministries. It was at this college that he met and married his wife, Holly, who is from New Hampshire. They later had two lovely girls: Kayla and Jeweli who are currently in Elementary School.


After P.A. graduated from FBCI, he and his wife were Children/Youth leaders in  Newport, VT for 8 years.  Pastor Anthony became lead Pastor in Columbia, NH in 2013.

 P.A. and his family ministered to churches in Northern New Hampshire and Vermont for 16+ years. He preached sermons, taught Bible Studies, led Children's Church, and directed several Vacation Bible Schools.  P.A. came to Windham Assembly of God in October 2019. P.A. has a passion for sharing the gospel with children and youth in a dynamic way! 

Jackie Sands

WCA Principal

Jackie Sands, originally from New Jersey, came to Maine in 2006 to marry the love of her life, David.  She and David started attended Windham Assembly of God in 2008 and she began teaching at the high school of Windham Christian Academy in 2013.  Back home in New Jersey, Jackie taught at Cornerstone Christian School at both the elementary and middle school levels.  She now brings this experience to her role as principal.


She is passionate about Jesus, education and nutrition for children, and her family.  Her and David have two beautiful children, both which attend Windham Christian Academy.

Holly Ford

Communications Director

Holly is married to Pastor Anthony and comes with years of experience and passion for Christ. She is a bubbly person that loves people! She loves the Lord, her family, and the church!

Debbie Burnell

Book Keeper

Debbie was born and raised in Falmouth, ME as one of 8 children. After she graduated high school she studied at Head Hunters School of Hair Design and she continues to do hairstyling on the side out of her home in North Yarmouth.  She also works part-time as an accountant and benefits manager for a local eye-care company. 


Debbie credits her husband David for introducing her to the Lord in 1986. She has attended Windham Assembly ever since then. They have been married for almost 30 years. 


“I want to see all my family and friends accept Jesus as their Savior, and to see the Holy Spirit move mightily in our church and our community. Our commission is to win souls to the Lord and that is a deep desire that I have.“
